Our Mission
To empower Federal, State and local public defenders, their staff and their investigators with digital forensics expertise through continuing legal education, enabling them to better represent their clients and advance justice in the modern legal system.
In today's digital world, evidence is increasingly found on computers, smartphones, and other devices and in third party locations such as phone records, electronic records and social media. Without proper training in digital forensics, public defenders are at a significant disadvantage when representing their clients.

We offer specialized continuing legal education in digital forensics for public defenders, staff and their investigators, covering topics from basic digital evidence handling to advanced forensic analysis techniques.
